You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

You received a wrong size, defective, or incorrect product.

Items that have been used, washed, perfumed, or damaged by the customer.
π Exchange Process

Contact us on WhatsApp +92 314 6586557 with your Order Number, and a clear reason for the exchange.

If eligible, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Send the item back to the address we provide.

After inspection, we will send you the exchanged item (subject to availability).
πΈ Return Process (Store Credit Only)

If you return an item, we will issue a store credit (not cash refund), which you can use on your next purchase.

Store credit will be provided once we receive and inspect the returned item.
π Return/Exchange Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In case of a defective or wrong item sent by us, we will cover the cost of shipping.

Please ensure the product is packed securely and safely to avoid damage during transit. We reserve the right to deny the return if the item is not received in its original condition.
